2. Printing Instructions – Metal inserts

Protective Film Notice: The printable metal insert panel comes with a clear protective plastic layer. Ensure you peel this film off completely before pressing!

Design Profile: Mirror your graphics or photographic layouts before printing onto sublimation transfer paper.

Heat Press Temp: 180°C – 190°C.

Time & Pressure: 40 – 50 seconds under medium, uniform pressure using a standard flat heat press.

Final Assembly: Allow the aluminum insert to cool down completely before sticking it securely into the recessed keyring bezel using the included high-bond adhesive strip.
