1. Nationwide Courier Delivery (via BobGo)

Our primary shipping solution, BobGo, gives you access to South Africa’s top couriers for reliable door-to-door delivery. At checkout, our system automatically finds the best rates for your specific address.

Free Nationwide Road Freight

Spend R2000 or more and automatically qualify for free nationwide road freight to your door. This option will be presented at checkout if your order meets the requirement.

2. Local Delivery (Cape Town & Surrounds)

For our local customers, we offer a dedicated delivery service, generally available within a 70km radius of our store at 33 Gemini Street, Brackenfell. This option may appear at checkout if your address falls within this radius.

Important: All local delivery orders are subject to final address verification by our team. For the safety of our drivers and service accessibility, we cannot service certain areas. If your address is found to be in an unserviceable area, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative courier or a full refund.

Standard Local Delivery

Get free, convenient delivery straight to your door for all local orders over R500.

  • Cost: Free
  • Requirement: Minimum order value of R500
  • Area: Within a ~50km radius (subject to verification)
  • Delivery Time: Usually within 1-2 business days

This option will be automatically available at checkout if your cart and address qualify.

Express Local Delivery

Need your order urgently? Upgrade to our express service for next business day delivery.

  • Cost: R200
  • Requirement: Available for all local orders
  • Area: Within a ~50km radius (subject to verification)
  • Delivery Time: Next business day (Mon-Fri)

Please place your order before 3 PM (Mon-Fri) to qualify for next business day delivery.

3. Pickup Points & Lockers

Collect your parcels at your own convenience from thousands of secure lockers and retail counters across the country.

Pudo Lockers

Collect your order from a secure smart locker, available 24/7.

FREE for orders over R600!

How it works: At checkout, select Pudo. Then, find your preferred locker and paste the locker address into the “Order Notes” field.

Pargo Points

Pickup from a counter at popular retail stores like Clicks, FreshStop, and more.

Bob Box Lockers

Another convenient and secure smart locker network for easy collection.

4. On-Demand / Same-Day Delivery

WumDrop Logo

Need it now? We offer on-demand, same-day delivery for urgent orders within major metropolitan areas through services like WumDrop.

This specialised last-mile solution is perfect for high-priority collections. If available for your address, this option will be presented at checkout.

5. Customer Collection Options

Collect in Brackenfell (Free)

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our Cape Town store once you have received a notification that it is ready for collection.

Arrange Your Own Courier

If you prefer to use your own courier service, you can arrange for them to collect from our store during our operating hours.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout once you’ve entered your address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the dimensions/weight of your order. You will see the final cost before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress. You can also use our Track My Order page.
