Can I print on dark or 100% cotton T-shirts?
Yes. While pure sublimation printing requires light-coloured polyester surfaces, this multi-technology setup lets you easily customize dark or cotton t-shirts and hoodies. You can do this by using your digital cutter to cut and weed Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), or by heat-pressing separately ordered custom DTF transfers.
Can I make mugs, caps, and other promotional gifts?
Absolutely. The inclusive 5-in-1 combo heat press arrives with a variety of interchangeable heating elements and base configurations. This versatile layout enables you to print seamlessly across flat items, curved ceramic mugs, caps, plates, and small promotional sublimation blanks.
Can I print full-colour adhesive stickers with this system?
The included vinyl cutter is for solid-colour cut-vinyl graphics and lettering, and can cut compatible sticker paper using the print and cut function, however the sublimation printer creates transfers for apparel and coated blanks. Printing full-colour adhesive digital stickers requires a separate inkjet printer and sticker paper media workflow, which we offer as a separate add-on system component.
Is this a DTF or UV DTF printing system?
No. This system focuses on sublimation, cut heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and permanent adhesive sticker vinyl. However, because the package includes a high-performance multifunction heat press, you can easily press custom DTF transfers that you order pre-printed from our network.
Which starter supplies are included?
The system includes sample media for the cutter. Printer starter supplies include ink, paper, silicone paper, heat tape and a USB cable. A printed T-shirt is included as a colour comparison reference, along with a training sample pack. Contents vary depending on your selected products.
What else do I need to use this system?
You will need a standard desktop or laptop computer (preferably running Windows 10 or 11) with available storage space to install your machine's software. A reliable internet connection is also required for initial software registration, accessing our online business portal, and utilizing recommended online design tools.
Can I choose a different printer or cutter?
Yes. Use the system builder to select the available choices acailable. If you remove the cutter, cut-vinyl production will require a suitable cutter you already own.
Is training included in the system price?
Yes. In-person training at our Brackenfell facility is included, along with training packs and instructions. You also receive access to our online portal for further guides and resources.
