Select a print variation above for its required PDF page dimensions. Sublimation uses both dimensions from that selected size; 5 mm side margins are placement guidance only.

The PDF must match the width and length of the print option you select. For a 610 mm wide PDF, we recommend a centred 600 mm safe artwork area, leaving 5 mm on each side. These margins are recommended, not mandatory: a correctly sized PDF is not rejected because artwork extends into them. We do not resize, crop or add margins to your file. The tolerance is only for small technical differences; it is not permission to supply a different artwork size.

We check the actual PDF page dimensions, not its filename or the size of a picture placed on the page. For example, artwork drawn at the correct size on an A4 document still has an A4 page size. Set the document page to the required dimensions in your design software and export it again. Check that crop marks or extra borders have not increased the page size.

Yes. Upload one page to repeat it for the ordered quantity, or upload exactly as many pages as the quantity to print each page once (up to 100 pages per PDF). Every page must match the selected variation dimensions within its tolerance. For example, quantity 2 of the 1 m option accepts one page printed twice or two 1 m pages printed once each. The same rule applies to every variation. Different print sizes need separate cart items.

Please log in before uploading artwork and ordering prints. This uploader accepts PDF files only. Export a print-ready PDF from your design program. Renaming another file with a .pdf extension does not convert it and will not pass validation.

The full PDF page must have the required size without conflicting cropped page bounds. Export a standard, unencrypted, flattened print PDF without passwords, forms, annotations, attachments or interactive actions. The uploader cannot remove these restrictions or flatten the file for you.

The current maximum is 20 MB, including the server limit. If the file is too large or unusually complex, adjust your export in the original design software without compromising the print requirements. The uploader does not compress or correct the artwork.

The uploaded PDF is kept unchanged. The shop will not resize, crop, combine or correct your artwork. The shop mirrors artwork during sublimation printing; this does not change your stored original.

Validation checks the PDF structure, page count and dimensions. It does not approve colours, resolution, fonts, bleed, design content or print quality. You must check your artwork and tick the print-ready confirmation before adding it to the cart.

A validated upload belongs to its exact product, variation and print specifications. A different print size needs validation again, so an old file cannot accidentally be ordered against the wrong option. The same-selection refresh does not discard an already validated upload.

Quantity is the total number of prints at the selected size. A single-page PDF repeats for that quantity. With several pages, page count must equal quantity and each page prints once. Changing cart quantity must keep this match. Do not combine two 1 m prints into one 2 m page; use two correctly sized 1 m pages instead. Print instructions are saved on the order item.

Read the exact error message, confirm the selected print size, check the file-size limit, and export a fresh PDF. Refresh the product page, select the variation again and allow the shop’s essential session cookies. If a too-many-uploads message appears, wait before retrying. If it still fails, contact the shop with the error message; do not place the order expecting an unvalidated file to be corrected automatically.

Your artwork is stored privately and linked to the correct order item. It is not published in the website’s public media library. Authorised shop staff can retrieve the original file for the order, Original artwork files stored by this uploader are scheduled for automatic deletion 7 days after your order is marked Completed, during scheduled cleanup. Keep your own original for any future reprints.
