1. Clean the Surface: Wipe your target surface (glass, plastic, metal) with Isopropyl Alcohol or soapy water to remove grease and dust. Do not use window cleaners as they leave a residue that weakens the adhesive.

2. Cut & Weed: Cut your design using your plotter's standard "Glossy Vinyl" setting. Remove (weed) the excess vinyl background using a weeding tool.

3. Transfer: Apply transfer tape over your weeded design. Use a squeegee to rub the tape firmly so the vinyl lifts off the paper backing.

4. Apply: Place the design onto your clean surface. Squeegee firmly from the center outwards to remove air bubbles and activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

5. Peel: Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a sharp angle (close to the surface). If the vinyl lifts, lay it back down and squeegee again.

6. Cure Time: Allow the adhesive to cure for 24-48 hours before washing or exposing to heavy rain.

Pro Tip: For curved surfaces (like mugs), make small slits in the transfer tape around the design to help it flex and conform to the shape.
