Choose the same size as your print order. Add and arrange your designs without changing the page size.
Download as PNG with Transparent background selected. Export at the pixel dimensions required for your print size at 300 DPI; do not assume the default PNG download size will pass validation. Transparent-background download requires an eligible Canva plan.
Canva opens in a new tab and may ask you to sign in. Download your finished file, return here and upload it for validation. Remove template instructions or sample artwork before downloading.

Print-ready means ready to print. We do not resize, crop, combine, rearrange or correct artwork. Validation checks technical requirements; it does not guarantee artwork or print quality. Artwork errors may require a corrected file or a paid reprint; BizSupply printing errors are handled separately.
Artwork upload help
What size must my PNG be?
Select a print variation above for its exact size. This product uses a nominal width of 500 mm, a minimum ordered length of 500 mm and tolerance of ±1 mm; some variations may have their own width.
The physical sheet dimensions saved in your PNG must match the selected variation within its tolerance. We read the saved resolution to calculate millimetres; no minimum DPI is enforced. You are responsible for image resolution and print quality. Files without physical resolution information cannot be size-verified. No resizing is performed.
Why is my PNG rejected for its background?
A PNG must contain fully transparent background pixels and visible artwork. A fully opaque image or an entirely invisible image is rejected. Having transparency does not prove every unwanted background is removed: a white rectangle can remain around part of a design. Inspect your artwork on the checkerboard, light and dark preview backgrounds before confirming.
How do I export from Canva?
Create your design at the exact sheet size selected above. Download as PNG with Transparent background enabled. Increase the Size slider for a higher-resolution export. You are responsible for image quality: enlarging low-quality images does not restore detail. Our checker uses the physical sheet size saved in the exported PNG.
Can I send a PDF or JPG instead?
No. This product accepts transparent PNG only. Export an 8-bit, non-interlaced, static PNG with transparency and saved physical resolution from your design program. Changing a filename extension does not convert a file.
Will you remove backgrounds or fix my artwork?
No. The original PNG is stored unchanged. We do not remove backgrounds, resize, crop, mirror or correct artwork. You must confirm that unwanted backgrounds are removed and the file is print-ready.
What does quantity mean?
Quantity means copies of this single PNG at the selected size. Another design needs its own upload and cart item.
What are the file limits?
Maximum file size: 50 MB. Maximum decoded image: 120 megapixels, with either side at most 30,000 pixels. Unsupported bit depth, interlacing, animation, corrupt checksums or incomplete image data are rejected. The file is never compressed or corrected automatically.
Who can upload and access the file?
Log in to upload artwork and order prints. Your file is stored privately and linked to the correct order item. Authorised staff can download the unchanged original. Artwork files stored by this uploader are scheduled for automatic deletion 7 days after the order is marked Completed, during scheduled cleanup. Please keep your own original for future reprints. Successful validation confirms dimensions and the presence of transparency, not overall print quality.
